SignalFlow vs Salesloft

Enterprise sequences
or an autonomous SDR?

Salesloft is built for large outbound teams with defined cadences and manager dashboards. SignalFlow is the autonomous SDR itself — no seat, no sequence builder, no manager. $99/mo flat, replaces the headcount.

📊

Salesloft is a well-built enterprise tool.

If you have a large SDR team with defined cadences, manager oversight requirements, and Salesforce integration needs — Salesloft is a legitimate choice. The dashboards, activity tracking, and cadence controls are built for that environment. But Salesloft manages outreach; it does not do it. The prospect research, ICP definition, email drafting, and reply handling are still done by your team. SignalFlow replaces the SDR entirely.

Feature Salesloft SignalFlow
Pricing ~$125/user/mo. Typical 5-seat team: ~$625/mo before add-ons. $99/mo flat. Unlimited senders. No per-seat cost.
Sequencing Flexible cadence builder with step branching, A/B testing, and manager approval workflows. Agent defines sequencing based on ICP and prospect signals. 3-touch default, auto-pauses on reply.
Cadence flexibility Highly configurable: step timing, step types (email, call, LinkedIn, tweet), and conditional logic per step. Fixed 3-touch sequence. Time-to-reply drives cadence. Less manager control; more agent autonomy.
AI prospect discovery None — you upload your own list or buy from a data provider. Salesloft enriches; it does not find. ICP inference from your website + lookalike prospect generation + personalized angle per candidate.
Autonomous drafting No AI drafting. Templates + tokens for manual customization. Requires human-written base copy. Full LLM-generated personalized cold emails per prospect, subject ≤ 50 chars, CAN-SPAM compliant. You approve before send.
Reply detection Inbound reply notification. Manual triage required — no intent classification, no draft response. Postmark inbound reply detection, LLM intent classification (interested/objection/question/not-now), draft response generated, sequence auto-paused.
ICP inference None — buyer persona lives in your head or a document. Salesloft reaches ICPs; it does not define them. Website scrape → ICP profile (company stage, tech stack, buying signals, persona types) + prospect-match rationale per candidate.
Target buyer Enterprise and mid-market B2B teams with dedicated SDR function. Strong Salesforce CRM integration. Any B2B team that wants to replace SDR headcount with autonomous execution. Works with or without Salesforce.
Manager dashboards Purpose-built manager visibility: activity dashboards, rep performance, cadence compliance, call recording. No manager dashboard. Approval queue for draft emails; no rep performance tracking or call tooling.
Bottom line: Salesloft is the right tool for large SDR teams with manager oversight requirements and existing Salesforce infrastructure. SignalFlow is the right choice for teams that want to replace the SDR headcount entirely — autonomous ICP inference, prospect generation, drafting, sending, and reply handling for a flat $99/mo.

Things Salesloft users
ask us.

We have a large SDR team — Salesloft is how we manage them.
That's exactly when Salesloft makes sense. SignalFlow is not a replacement for Salesloft's manager dashboards and team oversight tooling. It is a replacement for the SDR headcount — the person doing prospect research, email drafting, and reply handling. If your goal is to reduce that headcount rather than scale it, SignalFlow is the alternative to the seat, not to the tool.
Salesloft has Salesforce integration — we need that for reporting.
Salesforce integration is Salesloft's strength, and if your reporting lives there with manager visibility requirements, that's a legitimate reason to keep Salesloft. SignalFlow does not currently offer Salesforce sync. For teams where the CRM is the system of record and manager reporting depends on it, Salesloft is the right choice. For teams where the outbound operation runs independently and reports are reviewed in SignalFlow, the integration is not required.
Our SDRs write better emails than AI.
That depends entirely on the SDR. SignalFlow's emails are generated from your actual ICP and real company signals — not generic templates. You see every draft before it goes out; approve, edit, or regenerate. The agent handles the volume; your best SDR handles the judgment calls. If your best SDR is worth more than the $75k–90k/yr they cost, SignalFlow is not the replacement — it's the amplifier.
What if the emails don't get responses?
On the Pilot plan ($2,500), you get a full refund if we don't deliver 3 qualified meetings in 30 days. That's a contractual guarantee, not a marketing claim. Salesloft charges per seat and does not offer outcome-based pricing. If the outbound function is failing, you pay the same monthly fee — SignalFlow's refund structure means we only get paid if it works.
